The restaurant at Hetmański is one of the few in the region to use Sous-Vide cooking, preserving the valuable vitamins and minerals in their dishes. I had the pleasure of trying their menu composed of fresh ingredients, which brought out the natural aroma in a way that was truly memorable.
Noise from the macerator in the bathroom.

Great breakfast and decent location close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful too, which was a bonus. The room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom which made me feel at home.
The noise from the street outside could be heard clearly and it was hard to sleep at night. The room itself was quite small and not worth the money paid.

Sous-Vide Cooking: The restaurant uses the modern method of cooking, Sous-Vide, preserving the vitamins and minerals in the dishes. The chef's fresh ingredient compositions bring out the natural aroma, making the dining experience truly exceptional.
Macerator Noise: The only minor issue was the noise of the macerator when using the bathroom. However, the luxurious suite and overall experience outweighed this minor inconvenience.
